摘要

建立一个支撑水土保持小流域试点治理的数据管理、竣工验收和效益评价的系统，既可保证数据处理的规范化和效益评价的科学化，又可建立小流域治理实体库，为区域水土保持治理提供模式。研究设计开发的小流域试点管理系统，在功能上将小流域治理实体库、治理验收和评价模型联结起来，可直接生成验收结论和效益评价结果。

Abstract

A computer system

which was suitable for the acceptance of comprehensive control and benefits evaluation benefits of experimental watershed of soil and water conservation

was designed by modern information technology. It could make data processing and evaluation scientific and normal

and meantime create the entity base of watershed management. All these can provide comprehensive control of watershed in different regions with patterns. This management information system of experimental watershed can combine the entity base with acceptance and evaluation of experimental watershed

and directly provide the results of comprehensive rehabilitation and its benefits.
