摘要

公路建设项目因其弃土弃渣量多、损坏地貌植被面积较大而对公路沿线生态环境的破坏较为严重。针对目前公路建设项目水土保持方案编制工作中存在的一些问题

从水土保持法规及技术的角度进行了分析探讨

并提出了相应的解决方法。

Abstract

Because of its large waste quantities and large damage areas of plant and original geological surface

road const ruction programmes have caused a series of ecological problems along the road line. As for to solve the main problems existed in the comprehensive harness plan composition for soil and water conservation on road construction programmes

the problems from the aspectes of soil and water conservation law and technique are analysed and discussed

then the related solutions are given.
