摘要

将乐县气候宜人，名胜古迹众多，可开发的旅游资源丰富，发展特色旅游，是该县经济发展的一个重要途径。水土流失较为严重，洪涝灾害频繁、生态环境不断恶化，投入不足等因素严重制约着该县旅游经济的发展。必须加强水土保持工作，将保护自然资源与发展商品经济相结合，为旅游业的发展创造一个良好的自然和人文环境。

Abstract

many historic sites and natural scenes in Jiangle county

Fujian province. It is an important way to establish the characteristic tourist for developing the local economy. For the serious soil and water loss

the frequent flood

the gradually eco-environment deteriorating and being short of money

the tourist economy is seriously restricted. It must enhance soil and water conservation and develop commodity economy combined with protecting natural resources in order to establish a good environment for the tourist industry of the county.
