摘要

河道堤防工程系黄河下游防洪的主要屏障，适时搞好其维修加固，对抗御黄河洪水具有重要的意义。通过惠民县河道堤防工程老化评定，对老化评价的内容、方法及成果分析计算进行了研究，为黄河下游河道堤防工程的标准化、规范化和科学化管理起到了积极的促进作用

Abstract

Dikes are very important component of the project system in the lower reaches of the Yellow river. It is necessary to solid and maintain dikes to ensure the safety of dikes in flood and ice flood. The method and calculation on dike aging evaluation are analyzed on the basis of investigation in Huimin county

Shandong province. It still takes an active part in normal

standard and scientific management of the dike in the lower reaches of the Yellow river.
