摘要

从西北地区城市水资源利用存在的问题诊断入手，指出了西北城市水资源利用现状和利用过程中存在的城市人口不断增加、产业结构不合理、地下水严重超采，地下水位不断下降、水污染严重等问题，提出了调整产业结构、控需节流、开源引水、合理开采、补给保护、科学管理，治污为本，依法治水等应对措施。

Abstract

By the diagnosis of the water resource utilization

the current position of the water resource

and the problems of the water resource utilization in cities of northwest China are pointed out. Then the countermeasures are put forward on how to settle those problems and make the water resource utilization sustainable.
