摘要

东西部区域经济差距拉大

人口与资源矛盾日趋尖锐、生态环境日益恶化

内需不足等问题严重阻碍着我国经济的持续发展。西部地区需求潜力巨大

中西部地区本身的开发条件和环境趋于成熟。实施西部开发战略具有重大的经济意义和社会意义。

Abstract

The problems which restrict the development of Chinese economy are the increasing distance between east and west region

the sharpen contridiction between population and resources

the worse and worse eco-environment

and the insufficient demand.There have a great demand potentiality in west China

and the condition and environment of middle and west region are tending toward ripe.It has great significance of economy and society to develop west China.
