摘要

甘肃省黄土高原区不同生态条件下栽培和野生豆科植物根瘤菌资源及共生固氮特性的调查结果表明

从112份24属53种根瘤样品中分离获得87株根瘤菌。它们与豆科植物共生结瘤63.5%为有效根瘤。不同种根瘤固氮活性差异较大

一般比较低

小于1μmol/(g·h)占35%。大于10μmol/(g·h)仅占6%。根据研究结果对这些豆科植物在水土保持中的作用及意义进行了讨论。

Abstract

The nodulation and nitrogen fixation of 53 species belonging to 24 genera major cultivated or wild legumes are studied in Gansu-Ningxia region of the loess plateau. There were 87 strains of root nodule bacterial from 112 samples be separated

and 63.5% of those nodules samples be effective for nitrogen fixation. The activities of nitrogen fixation in nodules of various species varied greatly and all of them were low that 35% of them are under 1 μmol/(g·h) C\-2H\-4 and more than 10 μmol/(g·h)C 2H 4 is only 6%. The characteristics of symbiotic nitrogen fixation and action of soil and water conservation in environment were discussed.
