After analyzing the complexity of comprehensive benefits of soil and water conservation by using the theory of system science

the fundamental character and content of soil and water conservation economics are discussed from practical mechamism

theoretical basis

and technical mechanism. The discussion will contribute to a scientific understanding of the branch.
