摘要

水土保持生态建设工程项目的管理现已纳入国家基本建设管理程序

对水土保持项目进行经济评价以前主要根据《水土保持综合治理效益计算方法》(GB/T15774-1995)中的规定计算经济效益

列入基本建设管理程序后

经济评价还要根据《水利建设项目经济评价规范》(以下简称《规范》)(SL72-94)进行国民经济评价。水土保持的经济效益有直接经济效益与间接经济效益2类
