城市防洪规划和防洪工程建设在确保城市安全中居极重要的地位。全面地分析了中国城市防洪的严峻形势及其原因

对未来城市防洪对策提出了建议

并对现行城市防洪标准提出了修改意见

Abstract

The prevention flood planning and controlling flood project construction are very important for protecting cities safety. A grim situation and the causes of controlling flood of cities all over China are analyzed. Some suggestions on controlling flood standard and countermeasures are put forward.
