山西西北地区是山西省生态环境最为恶劣的区域。分析了山西省退耕还林还草环境建设过程中的关键性问题

并针对关键性问题提出了改变区域耕牧传统旧习和舍饲畜牧业等较为科学和适应发展的对策。

There is the worst region of the eco-envi ronment in northw estern Shanxi province.Therefore

to find the key problems and ways at the right time

erosion control should be performed by planting trees and grass to construct the right environment.In the view of the present problem

a more scientific a pproach should be put forward by using suitable strategies for environmental development

changing outdated traditional customs and promoting animal husbandry.
