社会经济水平低。三峡工程建成后由于三峡水库淹没面积大

大量的基础设施需复建

土地紧缺和环境承载压力的矛盾将更加突出

水土流失将进一步加剧。在搞好移民迁建的同时

如何有效地防治水土流失

改善库区生态环境

确保三峡大坝安全

具有重要的经济和政治意义。

Abstract

The living conditions are very weak in the flooded area of the Three Gorges of Changjiang river.The agricultural working conditions are poor.The social economic level is low.After the founding of the Three Gorges'Project

because of basic installation needs rebuilding

the contradictory of lacking soil and environmental bearing pressure will become more projecting

and the soil erosion will become worse.While we are migrating immigrants well

how to prevent the soil erosion efficiently

improve ecology environment of the flooded area and ensure the safety of the Three Gorges'Dam has important economic and political significance.
